Tramex SAL75 Calibration Salt Check

DESCRIPTION

  • Tramex SAL75 Calibration Salt Check

The Tramex SAL75 Calibration Salt Check is a calibration-checking accessory designed for use with compatible Tramex Hygro-i relative humidity probes. It creates a controlled 75% relative humidity environment within its chamber, allowing users to check that a probe is performing within the expected calibration range before carrying out moisture and humidity testing.

The SAL75 is particularly useful for flooring contractors, surveyors and moisture-testing professionals who rely on relative humidity probes when assessing concrete, flooring systems and building materials. Regular calibration checking provides a practical way to confirm probe performance on site without immediately sending equipment away for laboratory testing.

To carry out a check, the Hygro-i probe is placed into the salt-check chamber after the probe and solution have been allowed to stabilise at the same ambient temperature. The chamber then provides the known 75% RH reference environment required for comparison.

The SAL75 is compatible with Tramex Hygro-i2 probes and is intended for routine field verification as part of professional moisture measurement procedures. Tramex guidance also identifies calibration salt checks as suitable for checking RH probes in accordance with ASTM and other international testing practices.

Compact and reusable, the SAL75 can be retained with moisture-testing equipment for periodic checks when required. It is suitable for flooring inspection, concrete moisture assessment, building surveying and other professional applications where accurate relative humidity readings are important.

The product is identified by Tramex order code SAL75 and Floormart SKU TRAM-SAL75.
