Bostik Screedmaster HYTEC A370 Rapid DPM 12kg is a ready-to-use rapid drying liquid damp proof membrane designed to control residual construction moisture in cementitious subfloors before flooring installation. This single component liquid DPM provides dependable moisture suppression on concrete and sand/cement screeds without the need for mixing or priming. 

Applied as a two-coat system, HYTEC A370 Rapid provides effective moisture protection for substrates with hygrometer readings up to 95% relative humidity (RH). The membrane forms a continuous waterproof barrier that helps prevent flooring failures such as adhesive breakdown, bubbling and floor lifting caused by excess subfloor moisture. 

The product is supplied ready mixed and features a low viscosity formulation that allows quick roller application and even coverage across absorbent substrates. Its rapid drying performance supports efficient installation schedules, making it particularly suitable for refurbishment projects and fast-track construction programmes. 

HYTEC A370 Rapid can also be used on heated sand/cement screeds up to 90% RH, provided the underfloor heating system has been correctly commissioned. During application the coating appears blue and cures to a glossy black membrane, allowing installers to visually confirm coverage and curing progress. 

Once cured, the membrane must be overlaid with a suitable smoothing compound before the installation of final floorcoverings.
