Ardex K 301 Exterior Self Levelling Compound

ARDEX K 301 is a fast setting exterior self levelling compound designed for repairing, resurfacing and smoothing rough or damaged concrete surfaces. Suitable for both internal and external applications, it can be applied from 2–20mm in a single application and is ideal for balconies, patios, garages, driveways, walkways, courtyards and parking areas. Once mixed, ARDEX K 301 produces a flowable cementitious mortar that is easy to apply by hand or pump. It is walkable after 2–3 hours and can withstand light rubber wheeled traffic after 48 hours, making it ideal for fast-track concrete repair and resurfacing projects. It is also suitable for permanently wet areas, including swimming pools, and can be sealed, painted or coated with suitable resin systems.

What Substrates Can This Product Be Used On?

ARDEX K 301 is suitable for concrete and bonded cement/sand screeds in internal and external applications. It is ideal for resurfacing balconies, patios, driveways, garages, walkways, swimming pools and other concrete surfaces exposed to foot and rubber-wheeled traffic.

How Should This Product Be Applied?

Mix one 25kg bag with 5¼ litres of clean water and apply to a prepared and primed substrate at temperatures above 5°C. Spread using a steel trowel, float or pin leveller and apply from 2mm to 20mm in a single application.
