Altro XpressLay Adhesive-Free Safety Floor

Altro XpressLay is an adhesive-free safety flooring designed for fast installation in general-purpose commercial environments. Its unique studded underside allows the flooring to lie flat and perform without traditional adhesive, helping reduce installation time and disruption.

The adhesive-free system allows the subfloor to breathe and can be installed over suitable existing flooring or fresh concrete. Altro states that XpressLay can halve installation time compared with a traditional installation, while the floor can also be easily removed, reused and recycled at the end of its life.

At 2.2mm thick, Altro XpressLay provides a PTV ≥36, R10 slip resistance and Class 34/43 use classification. It is supplied in 2m wide rolls, with a full 20m roll providing 40m² coverage.
