Kelmore Feather Levelling Compound

The Kelmore Feather is an ultra-rapid drying levelling compound crafted for professional contractors preparing floors for resilient coverings in commercial and industrial settings. This highly polymer-modified feather edge screed offers exceptional adhesion and flexibility, smoothing imperfections on cement/sand screeds, concrete, calcium sulphate screeds, and plywood joints from a feather edge up to 3mm thick. Its fast-setting formula delivers a flawless, smooth finish, ready for foot traffic and floor coverings in just 15 minutes, making it an ideal choice for time-critical projects requiring precision and durability.

What coverage does Kelmore Feather provide? 
An 11kg bag will cover approximately 10m² at 1mm, 5m² at 2mm, or 3.3m² at 3mm thickness.

Can Kelmore Feather be used over underfloor heating? 
Yes, Kelmore Feather is suitable for use over cement, sand heated screeds, and calcium sulphate/anhydrite heated screeds when correctly prepared.  
 
What materials can Kelmore Feather be laid over? 
Suitable for sand & cement screeds, concrete subfloors, existing ceramic & porcelain tiles, plywood overlays, and calcium sulphate screeds. 
 
What depth can Kelmore Feather be laid to? 
Kelmore Feather can be applied from feather edge up to 3mm in a single application.  
 
Which Kelmore primer should be used with Kelmore Feather? 
Most suitable subfloors do not require priming. For calcium sulphate/anhydrite screeds, use one neat coat of KelmorePrimeMore CS before application. 
 
Where can Kelmore Feather be used? 
Suitable for smoothing internal subfloors in kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, bedrooms, living rooms, and other light to medium traffic areas before fitting floor coverings. 

How is Kelmore Feather installed? 
Mix with clean water until smooth and apply using a steel trowel to fill minor surface imperfections and feather edges.
