Tremco ES100 One Coat Universal DPM | Epoxy Damp Proof Membrane 

Tremco ES100 One Coat Universal DPM is a two-part epoxy damp proof membrane developed to suppress residual moisture in concrete and sand/cement screeded subfloors prior to flooring installation. Designed for professional flooring contractors, this one coat epoxy DPM provides a guaranteed surface moisture barrier with a simple and efficient liquid application. 

ES100 is suitable for substrates with hygrometer readings up to 97% relative humidity (RH), making it ideal for projects where elevated moisture levels could delay the installation of floorcoverings. Once applied at the correct thickness, the epoxy coating forms a continuous, pinhole-free membrane that prevents moisture vapour from migrating into adhesives and finished flooring systems. 

The membrane is solvent-free, making it suitable for interior flooring preparation work where safe installation conditions are important. It is also compatible with underfloor heating systems, provided the surface temperature of the screed does not exceed 27°C, ensuring flexibility across modern flooring installations. 

Applied in a single coat system, Tremco ES100 reduces labour time compared with traditional multi-coat damp proof membranes while maintaining reliable moisture suppression. Once cured, the epoxy coating provides excellent resistance to water and moisture transmission, delivering durable long-term protection beneath smoothing compounds, adhesives and floor finishes.
