LTP Rust Stain Remover (250ml)

DESCRIPTION

LTP Rust Stain Remover

LTP Rust Stain Remover is a fast-acting, non-acidic cleaning treatment designed to remove surface rust stains from natural and artificial stone. Its non-acidic formulation makes it particularly suitable for delicate surfaces, including polished marble, where aggressive acidic cleaners may be unsuitable.

The product can be used on both polished and unpolished surfaces, including marble, granite, travertine, split-face stone cladding, sandstone, concrete, terracotta and porcelain tiles. It is suitable for interior and exterior applications, making it appropriate for floors, walls, patios, paving, tiled areas and other compatible stone surfaces affected by rust staining.

Before application, the surface should be completely free from dust and dirt. The product should be shaken well and applied undiluted, completely covering the rust stain. It is then left to act for approximately 15 minutes. During the reaction, the product changes to a deep purple colour as it interacts with the rust.

After the treatment period, residue should be removed and the surface rinsed thoroughly with plenty of clean water before being allowed to dry. The application can be repeated where necessary until the stain has been removed.

Coverage is approximately 5m² per litre. LTP Rust Stain Remover should be stored upright in a cool, dry place. It has a shelf life of up to two years, with the manufacturer recommending use within six months of opening for optimum results.
