Kelmore One Coat DPM Fast is a rapid curing two-part epoxy damp proof membrane developed to control residual construction moisture in both commercial and domestic flooring installations. Designed for time-sensitive projects, this high-performance liquid DPM protects floor finishes from rising damp and excess subfloor moisture while significantly reducing waiting times on site. 

This professional-grade system is suitable for interior and exterior floors, including heated screeds. It tolerates moisture levels of up to 98% RH in cementitious screeds and 90% RH in calcium sulphate or anhydrite screeds, making it ideal where a structural damp proof membrane is absent or ineffective. The true one coat epoxy application saves valuable labour time compared with traditional multi-coat systems while delivering reliable moisture protection. 

With a working time of approximately 20 minutes and a rapid cure time of around 4½ hours at 20°C, Kelmore One Coat DPM Fast allows follow-on trades to progress quickly. Once cured, the coating forms a continuous, pinhole-free waterproof barrier that supports long-term floor performance and helps prevent moisture-related failures such as adhesive breakdown or floor lifting.
