ARDEX DPM 1 C One Coat Epoxy Damp Proof Membrane 

ARDEX DPM 1 C is a high-performance epoxy damp proof membrane designed to suppress residual construction moisture and rising damp in concrete and cement/sand screeds. This solvent-free, two component one coat epoxy DPM accommodates hygrometer readings up to 98% RH, making it ideal for projects with very high moisture levels. 

Applied in a single coat, this surface DPM for concrete provides effective moisture suppression where a structural damp proof membrane is absent or ineffective. It is also suitable for calcium sulphate (anhydrite) screeds up to 90% RH, subject to site conditions, and adheres to saturated concrete even at lower temperatures. 

ARDEX DPM 1 C allows overcoating with ARDEX smoothing and levelling compounds from approximately 6 hours at 20°C, helping maintain efficient workflow on site. Once cured, the epoxy membrane forms a continuous, pinhole-free film with excellent resistance to water, grease and dilute chemicals. 

This 98% RH epoxy DPM is compatible with water-based underfloor heating systems within cementitious screeds and provides a durable moisture barrier beneath resilient, textile and wood floor coverings.
