UZIN PE 480 is a professional-grade two component epoxy damp proof membrane and primer designed for use on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates with very high residual and rising moisture. Developed for demanding flooring installations, this epoxy DPM provides reliable moisture control before the installation of floor coverings, wood flooring and tiling systems. 

Suitable for both interior and exterior use, UZIN PE 480 can be applied as a surface damp proof membrane on cementitious and gypsum-based screeds with moisture levels up to 99.9% RH. This makes it an ideal solution where substrates are heavily moisture loaded or where a structural damp proof membrane is absent or ineffective. Unlike many standard epoxy primers, UZIN PE 480 can harden on damp substrates, offering greater flexibility in challenging site conditions. 

The product can be used as a one or two coat epoxy DPM depending on moisture levels and application requirements. It also functions as a high-strength epoxy primer prior to smoothing compounds, epoxy, PUR or silane adhesives. When mixed with dry sand, it can also be used as a reaction resin mortar for subfloor repairs. 

Water, chemical and frost resistant once cured, UZIN PE 480 provides long-term durability and performance. Its solvent-free formulation supports safe indoor use while delivering excellent covering and filling capacity.
