Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this cost?

Kelmore LevelMore Pro represents an exceptional balance of premium performance and cost-effective value. This commercial-grade levelling compound is priced competitively at just £20.33 per unit (excluding VAT).

How long does it take for this to dry?

Kelmore LevelMore Pro is a premium, cement-based underlayment engineered specifically for fast-track flooring installations. This high-performance formula offers a practical working time of just 30 minutes, giving installers sufficient time to pour, trowel, and smooth the surface to a flawless finish. Designed to minimize project downtime, the advanced rapid-setting technology ensures the subfloor can confidently receive light foot traffic in just 90 minutes.

How long can I wait before I can fit the flooring?

This high-performance compound features rapid hydration technology to dramatically accelerate your project timeline. It allows for the installation of ceramic tiling within just 2 hours of application. Resilient floor coverings can be safely laid down after 3 hours.

Why do I need a bag and bottle?

Transform uneven floors into a perfectly smooth, professional surface ready for tiles or vinyl. This premium "bag and bottle" system uses a liquid latex polymer instead of water, giving it unmatched flexibility and grip. It is the ultimate foolproof solution for challenging home projects, especially over heated floors or wood.

How much of my room is this going to cover?

Kelmore LevelMore Pro is engineered for high-efficiency yield, ensuring that a single 20kg unit provides extensive subfloor coverage. Contractors can accurately plan material consumption based on the required application thickness. At a standard 2mm depth, one unit covers up to 6.3m². For a slightly thicker 3mm application, it achieves a coverage of 4.2m². When tackling uneven subfloors at a 5mm depth, a single unit still delivers a robust yield of 2.5m².

How do I mix this properly?

Mix the 4.5-litre liquid pouch with the 20kg powder bag, stirring continuously with a power whisk for at least two minutes until smooth. Apply the mixture within a 20-to-30-minute window, ensuring all necessary subfloor preparation is completed first.
