The Gradus CCF1001 PVC Capping Seal is an innovative, one-piece flooring profile that combines both a cove former and capping seal into a single unit. Supplied in a 2 metre length, it is designed to simplify installation while delivering a clean, hygienic finish where floorcoverings are coved up the wall. 

Unlike traditional two-part systems, the CCF1001 integrates both functions into one profile, reducing installation time and ensuring a consistent, professional result. It allows resilient flooring or carpet to be smoothly dressed up the wall while simultaneously securing and protecting the exposed edge.  

Designed for use with 5mm floor coverings, the profile supports the material at a critical point, helping to prevent damage, lifting and premature wear. The smooth curved design eliminates sharp angles, improving hygiene and making cleaning easier—particularly important in healthcare, education and commercial environments.  

Manufactured from durable PVC and containing recycled content, the CCF1001 offers a sustainable and long-lasting solution for modern flooring installations. It is installed prior to the floorcovering using adhesive, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.
