Delivery Information

How are deliveries made?

For small sized orders DHL will deliver your parcel. This will include items like tools, cleaners, adhesives, and other accessories.

Once dispatched, delivery updates and a tracking number will be sent by DHL via text or email to the contact details you have provided on your order.

To track your DHL parcel, use the tracking code sent to you on the DHL Track & Trace service

For large orders (long/heavy items) delivery is made by a variety of couriers depending on the items being sent and your location. Tracking is not provided directly, however, if required, please contact us and a member of staff will be able to assist.

On large orders, artic lorries are often used to make delivery. A commercial address may be required to ensure access is possible. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive delivery. If delivery is missed it will have to be rescheduled for another day and an extra delivery charge may be incurred.

On the day of delivery, we cannot provide a specific delivery time but may be able to provide you with an estimated time window.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. All orders can be collected at our warehouse in Leicester.

To arrange a collection, please call or email to place your order.

Some products will need to be ordered in ready for collection. A member of staff will be in contact to inform you when collection can be made.

Once the goods have arrived at our depot A member of staff will phone to inform you that your order is ready for collection.

When collecting, we will require your email confirmation sent to the email address you have provided on your order.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout, based on the weight and size of the products and location of the delivery.

To calculate shipping click on the Basket at the top right of the page, fill in your delivery details and click "estimate shipping".

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over £500 excluding VAT.

NOTE: Exemptions apply to selected geographical locations and may apply on orders for floorcoverings with a 4m plus width or excessively heavy orders. Delivery outside of mainland UK may also be exempt for free delivery.

Post codes that are exempt from free shipping are: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, BT, HS, IM, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV49, IV51 to IV56, IV63, KA27 & KA28, KW1 to KW17, PA20 to PA38, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH4 to PH44, PH49 to PH50, All Channel Islands.

If an order falls into one of these exemptions and free delivery can no longer be provided a member of staff will be in contact to take a separate payment for delivery.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We do not generally deliver outside of the UK. If required, please email sales@floormart.co.uk and a member of staff will be in contact.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver most orders within 2-3 working days.

If you require delivery to be made later, or on a specific day please detail this in the notes box when checking out.

Some items may take longer to deliver. In this event a member of staff will be in contact to inform you of a new estimated delivery date.

We advise that customers wait for delivery of goods to be made before arranging work to be undertaken. All delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

No. We are closed on all Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period. At these times we will attempt to complete all deliveries beforehand. If you have an ongoing order during these times delivery may be delayed until we reopen.

Failed deliveries & delivery issues

For any delivery related issues please email sales@floormart.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. A member of staff will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

For small orders being delivered via DHL please follow instructions given by DHL on their delivery updates.

If delivery is missed on large orders where a signature is required delivery will be made the next working day or a member of staff will be in contact to reschedule delivery. In this event an extra delivery charge may be incurred.

Please ensure that all goods are inspected when they arrive and you report any missing or damaged items to sales@floormart.co.uk as soon as possible.
