Is Linoleum still popular?
Although facing stiff competition from vinyl, Linoleum remains a popular flooring choice. It’s durable, sustainable, eco-friendly and very attractive. It’s also affordable and features many fantastic designs.
Vinyl VS Linoleum
Both are durable floor coverings; vinyl is more suited to high moisture environments such as bathrooms - as the natural materials in Linoleum can suffer. Linoleum also has a 20 -40 year lifespan, whereas vinyl flooring has a lifespan of only half that.
