ARDEX MVS 95 Moisture Vapour Suppressant 12kg is a ready-to-use moisture vapour suppressant designed to control residual construction moisture in concrete slabs and cementitious screeds prior to flooring installation. This liquid damp proof membrane forms a protective surface barrier that prevents moisture migration from the subfloor and helps reduce the risk of flooring failures caused by excessive moisture.

Applied as a two-coat liquid DPM system, ARDEX MVS 95 provides moisture suppression for substrates with hygrometer readings up to 95% relative humidity (RH). Once fully cured, the membrane creates a continuous waterproof barrier that protects adhesives and floorcoverings from moisture-related issues such as bubbling, debonding and floorcovering movement.

The product is supplied as a single-component system that requires no mixing and can be applied directly to prepared subfloors using a roller. Its water-based, low VOC formulation supports safer installation conditions while maintaining strong moisture suppression performance.

ARDEX MVS 95 is coloured blue to help installers visually monitor coverage and ensure a consistent application across the entire substrate. It can also be used over properly commissioned underfloor heating screeds and allows ARDEX levelling compounds to be applied without priming between 2 and 24 hours after installation.
